About Kin & Axis

Kin & Axis Group exists at the meeting point of human connection ("Kin") and strategic alignment ("Axis"). We guide leaders and organizations through transformation—building cultures that move, designing experiences that matter, and creating impact that lasts.

OUR STORY

Purpose-driven work. People-centered transformation.

Founded by Ezinne Okoro, a global executive and Curator of Impact, Kin & Axis is a consulting and advisory firm grounded in a singular vision: to help organizations align people, culture, and strategy to drive meaningful, lasting change.

We partner with leaders and organizations on organizational culture, executive leadership, and strategic transformation—supporting moments of growth, complexity, and reinvention. Whether shaping enterprise strategy, guiding leaders, or advising employee resource groups and senior stakeholders, Kin & Axis operates at the core of organizations where decisions, culture, and performance intersect.

This work is grounded in one belief:

Meaningful change starts with human connection.
